NOTE: 

The impeller provided herein is manufactured using commercial 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, which involves the binding of nylon powder, the resultant part may exhibit a slightly rough surface texture. This texture can potentially lead to cavitation, which may cause erosion of the impeller blades over time, weakening the material and resulting in the possible failure or destruction of the impeller.

Also note that 3D printed parts may not maintain the same tolerances as injection-moulded components. Consequently, these intolerances could cause vibrations that may lead to contact between the impeller and the cowling. It is essential to regularly inspect the impeller and its blades for any signs of erosion, damage, or unusual noises during use. If any issues are detected, discontinue use of the scooter until the impeller is replaced.

Each impeller is tested to ensure that there is no rubbing or excessive vibration prior to being put into inventory. However, during shipping logistics, there is potential that the impeller is subject to impact or high temperature that may deform the product, therefore we advise that the impeller should be tested for any rubbing or excessive vibration on your scooter prior to use.

In the event that you are scuba diving with a scooter equipped with this impeller, safety precautions should be taken. Plan for the potential failure of the impeller by carrying a spare or avoiding situations that could place you in a hazardous position, such as being far from shore or a boat or in areas with strong currents.

This product has been produced to extend the life of your scuba jet scooter, given that the original manufacturer is no longer in business and genuine replacement impellers are no longer available. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process and the expected wear and tear of the product, this impeller is classified as a consumable item. As such, no warranty is provided with regard to its use.
