Temporary suspension of postal services to the US

UPDATE:
Postal services to the US have returned to normal.

US Tariff changes and temporary suspension of shipping to the US
We want to keep you updated about an important change that may affect deliveries from Australia.
Due to new rules introduced under US Executive Order 14324, our shipping partner Australia Post (along with other international postal carriers) has temporarily paused shipments to the United States and Puerto Rico. This decision is effective immediately and will stay in place until further notice.
So, what’s happening?
The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) now require all duties and taxes to be prepaid before packages even arrive in the country. This means:
- The old $800 duty-free allowance no longer applies.
- Every shipment now requires a customs declaration.
- Duties and taxes must be paid upfront, instead of being billed later.
What this means for you
- All orders from Australia to the US will be delayed until carriers adjust to the new system.
- You may see changes in shipping costs since duties and taxes will be collected as part of the check out process.
- We’ll keep you informed every step of the way and let you know as soon as services resume as normal.
We know shipping disruptions can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience while these new requirements are put into place. Our team is working closely with our partners to minimize any impact and keep your orders moving as smoothly as possible.
